Shipping and delivery

Ordered before 15:00, shipped the same day. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day and will most likely be delivered the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders above 100 euros are shipped free of charge with track and trace.

All packages are sent by DHL as standard. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified, and you can track your order, provided it has been shipped with track and trace.

Change delivery address

After placing the order, the address cannot be changed.

At TKTXSHOP.EU, we try to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. A change of address after an order has been placed is only possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
