Is your order not what you expected? TKTXSHOP.EU offers you the guarantee to return your order 14 days after purchase and get your money back.

Logically, this is only possible with undamaged packaging that is returned with the seals intact. Please also frank the package sufficiently. After receipt of the goods, we will refund the invoice amount to you within 14 days. Both the costs and the risk of sending (for example, if a package is lost at PostNL) are for your own account in the case of a return. So if you want to be sure that the package will reach us, send your return by registered mail or as a package. We also kindly ask you to register your return within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@tktxshop.eu stating the order number, Please state the order number on the return package.

Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender, where possible. NB! The return costs are for your own account.

NB! The seals on the packaging must not be broken. Returns that do not comply with this, and are damaged, soiled, or altered can be refused and will therefore not be refunded.
