Shipping and delivery

Ordered before 15:00, shipped the same day. Orders received before 15:00 will be shipped the same day and most likely delivered the next day (except weekends and holidays). All orders over 100 euros are shipped free of charge with track and trace.

All packages are shipped by DHL as standard. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified and you will be able to track your order, provided it was shipped with track and trace.
Changing the delivery address

Once an order has been placed, the address cannot be changed.

At tktxshop.eu we strive to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Changing the address after the order has been placed is only possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
